PAYMENT
No images will be delivered until full payment is received.
Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash and Cash.
Cash payments must be paid BEFORE start of session.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Retainer is non-refundable.
One reschedule is allowed with at least 24–48 hours notice.
If client is running behind schedule it is their responsibility to inform photographer asap.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit all payments.
In the event of bad weather or emergency, Photographer will offer a reschedule.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Client will receive approximately 20 edited digital images.
Images will be delivered via online gallery within 3-4 weeks.
Option to purchase additional images may be available and vary per session.
RAW/unedited images will not be provided.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Client is granted a personal-use license to print and share images.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
MODEL RELEASE
Client grants Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise requested. For sessions involving minor children, Client may indicate their preference below regarding the use of such images.
LIABILITY
Photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including weather, illness, or equipment failure.
In the unlikely event images are lost or damaged, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects (including children or pets).
EDITING & STYLE
Images will be edited in photographer’s style and may include light retouching such as removal of temporary blemishes or minor distractions. Photographer does NOT alter body shape, facial features, or other permanent characteristics. Additional editing beyond this scope may be subject to an additional fee at the photographer’s discretion.
